I was travelling for the past 2 weeks and wasn't able to run much except for a trail half marathon. I was able to get a solid 2 hour bike ride and some other cross training. this trip was planned last minute and my goal half marathon (my first road one) is in just under 4 weeks. My question is: is there anything I can do to get some last minute fitness? im planning on doing a 10-14 day taper.
p.s im 18 and I feel I recover fairly quickly from workouts.
