I ran a 49.5 4x4 split I only ran the 400m open like twice and I ran it in 50.6 seconds I never used blocks running the 400m if I was serious with the 400m dash with the blocks I think I would of ran like 49.2 at least I need to get back inshape should I run again? For the military or school? Or is it too late for me? Please answer asap give me y'all opinions!!!
