I aggressively wear down the outside of my shoe. My stride has me landing with my foot tilted inwards and upwards, which had me landing hard on the outside of my shoe and wearing away the sole and cushion fast. This leads to ankle, knee, and hip pain, in addition to making me go through shoes quickly. It feels like I'm constantly about to roll my ankle. Also, i should add, I'm flat footed. And I initially was a bad over pronator before plantar fasciitis somehow lead to a more neutral style of running, but ten years later has transitioned to what it is now. Has anyone had this before? What's the best way to correct this? Exercises? Certain shoes? I've seen several PTS and sports med doctors who all have different ideas, but none seem to work.
