Best selling running shoe brands in March (by $ share): Nike 58%, Asics 11%, Adidas 7%, New Balance 6%, Under Armour 5% (via @npdgroup)

I'm not buy this. Nike doesn't have 58%? I don't know anybody who runs in Nike.
Whenever someone says they don't know anyone who runs in Nike it makes me think they have never been on a team or know a lot of runners... or even just people. I know so many guys who have worn Pegasus or structures for 10+ years and it's their go to running shoe. Also, now seeing that with the Vomero now that it's been around for a while. I also know a lot of women that love Nikes to walk on the treadmill at the gym and I know hundreds of people that love the Nike free (literally 100+). Let me tell you something, just for your reference with running and run specialty etc. Nike frees are a 3 billion dollar shoe for Nike. Saucony is a 300 million dollar company. Let that sink in for a bit. 3 billion, just the Nike free. 58% of the market is an understatement.
