Workout:
1 mile warmup, 3x1000 @ 3:12.5 (16:02 5K pace) with 2 min recovery, after last rep 400 jog, then 4x500 @ 1:32.5 (9:52 3200 pace) with 90 sec recovery, after last rep 30 second rest then 200 jog into 4x250 @42.5 (4:32.5 1600 pace) with 60 second recover, 1 mile cool down.
My mileage has been hovering between 45-55 miles a week with a long run on Sunday's that's between 10-12 miles for the last few weeks.
What times do you think I'll run in the next two weekends?
