What can I run for 1000m?
800m Pr is 2:06 and I'm a junior.
Last 2 workouts have been { 8x200m with 200 jog as a rest in 30,29,29,28,29,30,28,29 } and
{1000m (3:12) 800m (2:34) 600m (1:50) 400m (67) and 5x 200m in an average of 31.}
