just did a workout that was 6 x 500 at 1:28 which is roughly 70-71 400 pace with 100 meter walk jog recovery between them. Pretty windy and cold conditions. What can I be looking at for the mile im running next week? They felt good and I could have probably knocked out another 2-4 but they were definitely not effortless. PR is from 2 years ago of 4:37 (went out in a 61 cause I was stupid)
