Post a video, and let the LRC gawds dissect your race. Maybe you have race distribution issues??? Perhaps, it is breathing issues??? It's kind of tough to give you a blind analysis.
Unfortunately I didn't have the race filmed. I have been training hard for a longer time so my shape isn't the best right now. Also, it was my first 400 m race for the season and I had lane 1 and it was indoor so the circumstances weren't the best. I'm an 800 m runner actually, that's why I need help. I thought a sprinter or someone with experience could give me some good and easy sessions that will get me in shape and bring my time down.
