Training for a 5k. Goal sub 20:00. Race is 30 days away.
Stuck on treadmill. Limited workout options on this treadmill. Basically I'm limited to 1 minute repeats.
So here is what I did today. 20x 1 min @10km/h (6:00/km), 1 min @15.5km/h (3:53/km). Total 40 mins 8.5km.
Any benefit at all to this workout?
