Was able to use a Woodway Curve treadmill this weekend, anyone have thoughts on it? I only used it very briefly, but my initial impression was that it was great. It is a manual treadmill in the sense that you propell the "deck", thus there is no hunting/guessing as to what speed/pace you desire, you can vary your pace just as you do with natural running, if you wanna run faster, just run faster, slower, run slower.....To me it felt awesome, especially in regards to interval training, sprint/speedwork... etc
To me it appears this is a valid attempt at overcoming deficiencies inherent in "motorized" treadmills...
