it was a solid effort but not a race effort at all - I could have done another 4-6 at that pace. 200 meter jog.

10:20
shorts
I'd predict about 10:30 to 10:40.
10:40 no sweat
run 4 x 800 m off 2 min rest
give better idea
how long did the 200m jog take you?

10:30's I did a workout very similar to that last year very regularly, and my pr was 10:38
10:50s.
I could do that or a little better, but couldn't break 11:20 for 3,200.

Of course it wasn't a race effort, you had a 200 jog between each lap.

You all are batshit crazy. This is a 11:00-11:10 effort on a good day. 10:50-11:00 if everything goes perfect.
Op here.
The answer is10:40 - done last week.
And I probably could have run 1030 if had more race experience.
So the guesses were between 1010 and 1110. Crazy sport.
Don't listen to them. I do a similar workout and my coach has me training for 9:40. I ran a 3200 meter xc race mid xc season and hit 10:16. I don't see any reason why I couldn't 10-20 seconds faster on a track on the same day. You have to be in atleast 10:10-10:15 shape if not better
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
