Just to give you a little back round I run what's considered pretty high mileage in highschool (70-75) I was just wondering if anyone knows when it's a good time for track when running the 3200? Do the same rules apply for cross country? My coach normally waits 70% through the season to start but starting now to the state meet in June that would be early April and that's almost 2 months away from the state meet still. Is that too early? Just want to perform when it counts. Hope someone out there can help, thanks!
