I'm trying to decide on which events I should focus on for the upcoming indoor and outdoor seasons. Given my PRs, what events do you think I have the greatest potential in.

For years I have been stuck at 4:30s and I'm not sure if I have what it takes (physiologically) to drop down to the next level. On the other hand, I dropped serious time this year in the 8k. Mostly due to an increase in mileage (60-70) and staying injury free. Coach wants me to run 3k/5k. Thoughts?
