I had a week long cold that I battled, ran still did my workouts etc...probably stupid. Yesterday Monday was a rest day so I rested, today is just a recovery day so instead I am gonna skip that and rest. I will reassess my cold tomorrow on Wednesday to see if I should just rest again and skip my workout.
So I was thinking Monday rest, Tuesday rest, Wednesday rest (due to recovering from cold). Thursday 7 mile run 2 miles @ race pace, Friday recovery and speed 6 miles total, shut it down on Sat, and race Sunday....
Thoughts?
