I just run Berlin and broke 02:50:00 off 8 weeks on 90K mileage. I usually run 50k and cycle 200 /week around the year. Considering that I would envisage increasing mileage to 120-140K for a 12 week period next year, what would be a realistic goal time (envisaging NYC 2016).
