So about a month and a half ago I was diagnosed with a femoral neck stress fracture on my left side. I've been in crutches since then and am almost off of them. However, for the last week or so I've been having pain in my other hip. I know I'm stupid, but I had started hopping around class on one foot sometimes instead of using crutches, racing people on the crutches, and other dumb stuff. After doing a race against my friend one day on crutches, I noticed pain the next morning. It is in the same place as my other fracture, and the pain is hard to place/moves around like the last one, but feels a bit different in that instead of being a sharp pain that hurt with activity and with lifting my leg in a sitting position, it is a dull, constant pain that does not worsen with activity, hopping, or lifting from a sitting position. However the other symptoms are eerily similar. I'm a hs junior, male, diet is good, I drink like half a gallon of milk per day and take vitamins. Thanks for the help, I'm really worried. I had never had a stress fracture before last month, and now I might have 2.
