I am aiming to run 8:48 for 3000m and 15:00 for 5000m on the track next year. My coach might want me to run a couple of 1500m. My calves do ever so slightly tend to stiffen up in a 5000m on the track. I did have nike zoom victory 2 last year and the material tore off!!! Which one will be better for me to use for my season of 1 or 2 1500m and quite a lot of 3000m and 5000m races on the track!!!
