Hey guys-
I'm a pretty serious marathoner, have done ~2:20 in recent years, and am just gearing up for my next big 'thon.
My question is just what the title says-- how can I maintain both marathon endurance and 200/400 top speed?
I don't really make this public, but in relative secrecy I train for the 200/400 and run my own little time trials. It's just something I like to do.
But the more mileage I do, the slower my top speed gets.
Anyone dealt with this issue?
