Any suggestions on places to run. Need to put in 24-26 miles. Looking for flat and don't mind doing out and backs of 10k. Will be staying at the air force base.

if you have a car, then head into town and run the Santa Fe Trail.
Nothing really flat here although the Santa Fe trail is the closest thing you are going to get. I suggest if you are coming from sea level that you worry less about the mileage and run for the same amount of time that it would take you to cover that distance at sea level.
Also beware it is dry here. If you are from some place humid you will not realize how much water you are losing. Hydrate well and enjoy your runs here.
I'm coming from park City UT so altitude and dryness are not a factor. How about the monument trail or pikes peak trail along monument creek? Surface?
