Predict my 5k time??
Hey so I've been doing lots of summer training like 60 miles a week and I ran 18:31 as a freshman off of 30 miles a week. I didn't do xc the next year because of injury. For track sophomore year I got 4:43 and 2:10 in the mile and 800 (i have no speed i know) but the mileage was a joke only 10-15 miles a week. This new coach had no idea what he was doing. So now that I have all this training behind me what can you predict. Do you think I can get sub 17??
