Hello!
I am a long distance runner, and ran cross country and track throughout high school. I go to junior college right now. At my junior college, I ran cross country, thus starting the clock for eligibility. This year, I am debating whether or not I want to run for my junior college. Practice is 45 minutes away from where I live, but I also get a scholarship. However, this would also cost me a season of eligibility. I really want to run for a division one or two school next fall. I am fairly good at keeping up with training, but I am not so good at making training plans yet. What would you do if you were me? Would you run for the JC or save the season? Do you have any other running advice for training plans? Thank you so very much!!
