I already explained on another thread that for a front-running strategy to succeed, you must be in 10 seconds/5K better shape. So at least 12:37, which explains all of the recent championships results.
The only guy I see that could throw a wrench on Farah is Kemboi. He can open up a 3m gap in an instant. Ndiku might succeed with today's strategy if he can stay healthy until Rio.
