Ok so I've been really struggling with this. I'm petrified of having another blowup marathon.
I was jus wondering... This weekk I ran a 17miler @7:01... This was in the middle of training with no taper. Was I tired yes but could've continued. What are the chances I could hold that for 9.2 more miles? Or maybe fading to a 7:03 to 7:10pace?
In need of sub3:10.. Running mid50s per work on avg. Have peeked twice at70mpw. Thanks!
