I've been dealing with some hip/glute/leg pain for about a week now. I've been running through it because it hasn't altered my stride and it doesn't feel bad enough to stop me from running. However, I've also been running about 1 min/mile slower than my usual pace, and it's very frustrating. I'm sure it would've healed faster if I had taken a couple days off, but my mental health would've suffered, as running is a huge stress relief to me.
How do you guys deal with pain? Do you take time off or run through it, and how do you come to that decision?
