Looking for a good shoe to wear for walking around the office. Trying to avoid this getting worse. Since I will wear these at work need something less like clown shoes. Or not.

Try Altra's
Thanks, I see they have some everyday shoes, the zero drop should help take some pressure off the forefoot.

vivobarefoot Lisbon or vivobarefoot Ra.
Better don't whine about the bearfoot part untill after you checked them out.
glide boost 6
straight last
Thanks for the comments. I ordered some Altra everyday shoes - The Instinct Everyday. I really think these will help since the forefoot isn't overloaded. I can return them if they don't work out.
Can't wear minimalist shoes, I have high arches and need cushioning. I have a pair of the first generation Boost and liked them for track work but they are too narrow and Adidas doesn't make widths.
Thoughts on Hokas? They meet the definition of clown shoes but at my age who gives a rip. If it feels good and still works....
Fwiw between wearing Altra "Instinct Everyday" shoes (which aren't fashion forward) and lowering mileage a bit the sensation of Morton's Neuroma is much better. Makes sense not to overload the forefoot in this situation. Read more: http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=6704674#ixzz3kyGPhyOK

I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
