Hi everyone,
So I recently went on birth control to help regulate my hormones because I wasn't feeling well in training. While on this birth control, I have still had a period. While on this period, I felt so well. I was feeling really strong again, As soon as it went away, I start feeling super tired again. This is so agervating, and I don't know how to get this fixed. Is there a good doctor I should go to? gyna, peditrician? I seriously commit everything to the sport and I know my endurance is there but it doesn't seem to come around unless I am on my period. Any advice? My season starts soon and I want to feel well all the time. Thanks in advance!
PS: I am not iron deficient, I eat enough calories and so on
