Back into it - You have been slaying it the last couple weeks. Hope you got some good recovery in.
sdp - Welcome aboard. Sounds like you have a sensible plan in place for building mileage and knocking out goals. Like you said, staying consistent over time is the key, and I hope that you find that this thread helps you do that.
Runnersfix - Impressive work on those mile repeats. That's the strongest session I remember from you in awhile, sounds like the mini-break did you good.
jwil - Strong week. Don't count out that 3:10 just yet. You raced well to your fitness last fall and I can see the same quality to your training this go round as well. I wouldn't be surprised when all is said and done if you knock out a 3:08 or so.
slo-twitch - Welcome aboard. I will be eagerly following your training as well since we are close to the same ballpark in build and with our goals (although that scares me because your fitness appears to be much higher than mine right now, haha. I would be hard pressed to break 5:00/mile right now and you are doing it as part of a workout!). I saw in your other thread that you tackled your first special block this past week, sounds like it went reasonably well for you.
