Basically wondering who are the fastest 100m runners who have never been caught with a banned substance. I know Tyson Gay / Yohanne Blake are officially the second fastest but they are caught drug cheats, so for the purposes of this list they would not be included.

Everyone is guilty until proven innocent. I believe I am the fastest in the world, despite not being a sprinter. Of course I may have been drugged when I was sleeping so I don't fully trust myself either. Basically nobody is clean.
