Hey everyone, this is my first post. So, here's a quick run down: 19 year old XC runner at Marquette University. It's training during the summer and there's still a month until I go back down to school and then the season starts, but I'm running short on ideas to improve my speed over long distances(8-14 mile runs). Also, I would love to hear any new or useful ideas anyone has about core exercises! I do the usual crunches, planks, skywalkers, pushups routine, but would love to try new things that really help stabilize my base and or get me ripped haha. Any advice on either would be wonderful!
