To get to the point, I'm a recently post collegiate. I've taken to running marathons and have completed 3. None of which I'm very happy with.

2:47 - Fall 2014
2:55 - Winter 2015
I am training for another full coming up in October, and have planned to increase mileage to the 80s for the build up. The other 3 I've done were under no more than 60 mpw, with a 20+ long run at least once in the cycle. I have a new job and a much more conducive training environment to up the miles now. I always blow up with 10K to go, regardless of how I feel before that. Just looking for advice, tips/tricks to get me over the hump and really shake things up.
