Lots of deadhead runners out there. What are some favorites? Easy to like Bertha, just from the opening line "I had a hard run..." But tons of great ones. What you got? Personally, too many to list, but fascinated to hear what others think.

Whatever the last one they play will be.
Even back in the day, I never cottoned to their twangy, pseudo-country "music."
'Bye, guys.
box of rain. close second is sugar magnolia. I could listen to American Beauty all day.
Definitely the live/dead version of dark star
American Beauty is great. The shows during that period were hot. Earlier stuff was rocking, but late stuff was good too. Hell in a Bucket is a great later tune, and Alabama Getaway is another rocker. Show tonight has been great so far, compared to 2 in CA last week.
I'll second Box of Rain.
Fire on the Mountain. This being letsrun I can't believe no one has mentioned it yet.
Speaking of. Have seen this on a few cars at ultras: https://img1.etsystatic.com/035/0/9167373/il_570xN.563982645_2exx.jpg
These aren't the Dead's last shows; that happened 20 years ago when jerry died. This is a money-grabbing karaoke tour.
And the answer to your song question is almost any Playin' from 1972.
The Dead with Jerry died when Mydland died. They weren't very good after that. This is fun though. They also played a cover in the 80s called "I'm a road runner," that could be construed as a running song http://www.whitegum.com/introjs.htm?/songfile/ROADRUN.HTM
Touch of Grey and Shakedown Street.
I'd love to get into Fire on the Mountain because of the "long-distance runner" lyric, but unfortunately I can't, as for the most part I could never get into these guys. I saw them in the Boston Garden in 1993 and left feeling grateful that someone else had paid for my ticket,
Either candyman, or sugar magnolia
Hard to pick a favorite song, maybe Ripple, Box of Rain, or Brown-eyed Women. I will say that American Beauty is the best album of all time in my opinion.
Q: "What did the 2 guys say at the Grateful Dead concert when they ran out of pot?"
A: "Man, this music sucks."
Ripple
Catfish John (J.G.)
U. S. Blues
candyman

Me neither. Good-the-flock-riddance.
What's Become of the Baby
I couldn't name a single song.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
