In the fall I ran cross country and did a 16:40 3 mile race. Right now i'm towards the end of my track season and my best times are 10:24 in the 3200 and 4:52 in the 1600. Does my cross country time say I should be faster?

Your 3200 time is pretty good, I would say a little bit over, but who am I to say anything?
