Try running 62 and 65 to get to 2:07 or maybe 2:06.
The most efficient way to run 2:01 would be to run 59 and 62.
Is your 56.9 open or a relay split?
If you really want a CHANCE (not really) to do better than that, you will have to try the move I saw a 10 year old pull off last year. She had an 800 PR of 3:36 or 1:48 and 1:48 for each 400. Her 400 PR was 1:34. She thought she was running a leg of a 4 x 400 relay. She was actually running a leg of the 4 x 800. She PRd for the first 400 in 1:33 and they made her keep going. Her second lap was 1:43 for a 3:16 PR by 20 seconds. No one in the league (including her) ran within 5 seconds of her time for the rest of the season.
