So today I am running the 3200 for the first time. My 800 time that I ran last week was 2:49, and before that 3 weeks ago I ran a 6:29 1600 indoors and then outdoors I ran 6:34. These are not fast, but i think my most recent 800 time shows that I improved (I PR'd by 10 seconds) What is a good time to go for? And also, what are some good tips to run this race? Thanks!
