In my 400 today, I went all out from the start. But after a 300 or so, my legs died and locked up. Then, I tripped because one of my legs wouldnt respond, and fell onto the ground. I walked off the track, and had no time.
How can I prevent his from happening again? (As in pacing, strategy, etc.)
