On Saturday I Just ran a 34:55 in 10k it was 70 degrees and got affect from the heat since it was hot for the first time in many weeks from the Northeast. Split a 5k in 16:30 in that 10k what do you think I am capable of running a 5k in. Monday I did a 10:39 2 Miler and then took 2:30 Rest and ran a controlled 5:30 Mile then another 2:30 rest and ran a 5:40 Miler than I did a workout yesterday and ran 3X600 in 1:46, 1:46, 1:44 with same rest 3X400 in 66, 67, 66 with same rest then 3X200 in 31, 32, 32 with same rest and I have been averaging 60 MPW again what do you think I am capable of running a 5k in. Thanks for any serious replies.
