Nah, that'd be Amber Trotter's win in 2001. At least for the U.S.

How about DR at Michigan State in 14:10 or
Sarah Baxters Mt. SAC record in 16:00 or
Joe Rosas Hombel Course Record 14:53 (Broken by CHes)

What about German's 14:24 (?) Cali state record that crushed Marc Davis' course record and where he beat the entire rest of the state of CA by 49 seconds ? gotta be up there.
How about Dathan's run later that year at World Cross? Surely that is superior to his Foot Locker win.

His world cross run was in 2001, OP was referring to his junior footlocker win.
In any case, his senior win was superior. The weather was much warmer, and the pace was quite slow the first mile. Despite this he was only a few seconds off his junior time.

In that case, Rich Kimball is the winner of this thread.
Too bad he won 2x on the fradulent Orlando course. If he'd crushed the record in Balboa Park we'd have a better benchmark.
Two vintage performances here, the 1999 domination and the 2001 trials race for World Junior XC, where the order of finish would be reversed and Teg would be 5th, Ritz 3rd. The video is deteriorating.

Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
