I am 16 years old, 6 ft tall, and about 167 lbs. I currently run a 12.99 hand time 100m. I am currently trying to lose about 12lbs. It is mid April now and I want to be able to run a 12 flat FAT next year in March. I figure that if I lose this weight I will def get faster and I will continue lifting g and sprinting. The time above was hand timed with sneakers and no blocks. What can I do to improve. I committed to training daily and good nutrition now. Any advice helps thanks.😄
