This weekend I'm running the mile. I only get to race a true mile once a year, so I'm hoping to break 4:30 at this particular meet. Last meet I ran 3200m, and won with 10:10, and I closed my last lap in 67, so I'm hoping for a fast race where a good time can happen. Is there any best way to try to break 4:30?
