We caught up with the former HS phenom after she returned to action in the 800 for the first time in 9 months with a world leading 2:00.62 at the Florida Relays last weekend.
Price was on fire in 2014 and it doesn't look like the foot surgery that ended her 2014 season early is impacting her at all in 2015. 2:00.62 is obviously quite good - a world leader - but it's also worth noting it's nearly a second faster than Price ever ran in college (2:01.49). Price's college career, while good, was certainly a disappointment given the fact she ran 2:01.61 in HS.
