If you think you're fast enough, contact a meet director
Women don't have to run nearly that fast.
Men somewhat faster. Sub-1:46 and sub-45 for true Diamond events??? Remember some of the Diamond meets have non-Diamond events.
If you haven't run under the world or Olympic qualifying standard, then the meet director is doing you a favor by letting you run.

There are no standards per se and not all DL meets are equal, but I can't think of any DL meet that would let you run in the (A) televised/money races with those marks under any circumstances. However, if you are a citizen of the host country and/or you are young and just turned pro, slightly faster performances than what you listed might get you in. Otherwise, you need to be a true elite, 1:45x and 45x -type and still there are some meets you can't get in with those marks without an agent working on your behalf. Btw, you really do need an agent because there are a lot of politics involved in getting into a DL meets unless you are top-3 on the world list and/or have had some previous great performances.
