I'm 16 and a 4:30/9:45-ish 1600/3200M guy. I typically run 60 or so miles weekly consisting of a 12-14 mile long run, one tempo run or threshold workout on the track and one true speed work out weekly. I want to bring my track times down but my greatest weakness is a lack of pure speed. I can run 200M repeats all day long but couldn't break 26 if my life depended upon it. What, besides the 150-200M repeats I'm already doing once a week might help? Thanks.
