Hi everyone.
i average around 50 running miles a week. Ive been looking to add some cross training in the form of biking into my routine to get some new P.rs. The problem js i have know clue wher to start. How many miles a week should i start out with? How many should i work up to? I know the speed at whick you nike is very important, so how fast should i go? I just want to make sure i dont over train and end up ruining my running
