Yesterday I did 5k repeats on the track in 18:40, 18:30, and 18:04. These repeats were at 5500 ft. What do you guys think I can run at Boston this spring? I'll post my results

Judging by your description and effort level, this is a better (and more appropriate) HM indicator workout than for a marathon.
FWIW, I did the exact same workout (with 2 min recovery instead of 3) with all three 5k times in the 18:15 - 18:40 range when training for a HM, and managed a 1:19:03. So if you are in similar shape I would guess 2:47 - 2:52 depending on weather/wind.
