I was feeling good about my running and training, now I feel highly inadequate. Talk of 3:00:00 marathons and 50-60 MPW training. I'm a 50 year old that started really training 2 years ago. Training for my first marathon and hoping for 3:45:00. I've been running halfs and have a 1:39:00 PR last year on a lot less training than I have been doing, so hoping for the best! I'll go back and hide under my rock now :-)
