Nah, way way bigger. Putting the effort aside to turn such a monstrosity, you'd maybe want something as large as a full-sized ferris wheel. Something large enough to where it feels like you are running on a level surface at the bottom of the week without feeling like your climbing up a hill the whole time. Even with a ferris wheel, the optimal running space to be at the bottom would still only be like 5-6 feet I'd guess until the up slope in either direction would be noticeable.
