The title says it all. Been getting over some serious shit and need to get back in shape. Haven't run in over a year and am 44 and 250, probably can't run a mile under 10 minutes nor more than that at the time being.
A few years back I was running 18-20min depending on the time of year for 5k out here in Colorado, getting back to 20 in a year or so would be a major win.
Let's hear everyone's thoughts and advice. I will check in weekly with updates.
