I really would like to go sub 4:40 for my 1600m tomorrow. What splits should I hit? Last week my split was 2:17. It's a big meet and I would love to hit the 4:30s. Can you guys help me out and tell me what each 400m should be to get in the 4:35 - 4:39 range?
P.S. - I don't have a high school coach that's why I'm asking.
