Don't even bother getting the cadence for the 10km alone. Even in the chance that they are better it's not worth the investement. If you dont have sub 31min, spikes wont do anything significant in the 10k, and something like the adios or hagio might even feel more comfortable over the avanti spike and the grip isn't the issue in them. I also have the avanti 2 and it isn't as soft as they say it would be, feels more like a 1500m shoe than a 5km but maybe it's because it only has 2 races is them. Final answer, use the avanti if you will race near 3min pace, otherwise road flat is equally good plus a good cushion.
