To give some background, I am a sophomore at a new school. I am a decent cross country runner (16:45 in 5k) but a better miler (4:18 in the 1500 freshman year), but I really enjoy playing soccer. I can go much farther in track than in soccer, but, like I said, I like playing soccer and I like the team. I'm currently on both teams but it's not been easy. My soccer coach is willing to give me a couple days off a week but idk. Any advice is welcome.
